The Skirt That Made Me A Skirt Person

I’m not a skirt person. At least, I didn’t used to be.

This skirt changed all that.

The Honey maxi skirt from Billabong is one of my favorite finds from the year. It’s the perfect length to wear with flats, breezy and comfortable, and has pockets.

Basically, it’s the perfect skirt. I lived in mine all summer (and in Greece!), and picked up a few more as they came on sale – a solid black one, a floral print one, and now this olive green one.

I’ve been wearing them through the fall (or extra long summer, if you will). And I’m still wearing them – with a chunky knit sweater, ankle boots, and now with tights.

It also looks great with a silky button down (either tied at the waist or tucked in) or a cropped sweater.

I have a feeling that this outfit will be on heavy rotation in the coming months, both at home and some upcoming warm weather trips (Hawaii, India).

I should pick up another one, right? Right.

Other items that I’m obsessed with – the MM.LaFleur Didion top, Zara co-ord sets, and these pajamas. I share a new outfit every Wednesday. You can find them all here.

Well, that was quick.
