The Devil Wears Prada is one of those movies I can watch countless times without getting sick of it.  The witty dialogue, a tolerable Anne Hathaway, and the clothes.  The line that never fails to elicit a giggle from me is Miranda Priestly’s famous “Florals, for spring?  How groundbreaking.”

These outfits may not win any bonus points from Madame Priestly, but like her famous line, they make me happy.  As does great weather, which Memorial Day Weekend was sorely lacking.  I’m not complaining – it gave me the chance to catch up on books, give my apartment a much-needed scrub down, and get my fill of Arrested Development, Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch – our addiction with Sherlock, The Hobbit, and Star Trek continue (as does our love for all things mystery/fantasy/sci-fi – we’re a very nerdy couple).

And with jam-packed week on deck, followed by two weeks of travel (Chicago, Cape Cod, and DC – I’m headed your way!), a cozy weekend at home is precisely what I needed.
