The Hit List – July 2013

*insert ubiquitous “this month has flown by!” statement here*

Yes, July has flown by.  Yes, I’m still in denial about but.  But I can’t deny that this month may be my favorite of the year so far – I celebrated my birthday, my business got some nice write-ups by Mary (M.A.S Fashion) and Megan (Style Girlfriend), and I even got a shout-out in Goop (Gwyneth, my love-hate relationship with you now borders on love.  Please don’t judge me, Fel).

Let’s get into my favorite things for the month, shall we?The Hit List July 2013dressbag set Revenge Wears PradaManage You Day To Day

As much as I hate cliches, what goes around really does come around – especially with my personal style.  The tomboy looks I lived in as a teenager seem to be creeping back into my closet – starting with this Tbags dress (that’s now on SUPER sale!).  Paired with Supergas and a baseball hat, and you have my go-to outfit for “chilly” summer days.  My travel schedule has picked back up, and this bag set from Baggu is a LIFESAVER.  I’ll be posting a video on how I pack them soon, but just know that you have to buy them.  On the book front – I gave my brain a break from heady non-fiction with the addictive Revenge Wears Prada, and got back into a heavy #GSD mode with this quick productivity read.  Highly recommend both.  My new morning routine has been to throw on a sports bra and immediately the mat and a Vinyasa Flow routine.  YogaGlo makes it so I don’t get bored of the 3 yoga videos I own. (check back soon for a more in-depth post on it).  I’ve been wearing this BaubleBar necklace nonstop all summer – I even donned it for last night’s event at the company’s event with Lucky Magazine.  So did Julia.  Great minds…  I snagged this body wash on the recommendation of OscarPRGirl, but haven’t looked back.  The peppery scent wakes you right up, and the wash itself is so cleansing and hydrating.  I even decant this into a travel bottle to take with me.  I love it that much.  I love me a studded accessory (i.e. Valentino Rockstuds), and the price of these Sole Society heels can’t be beat.  Neither can the comfort – they are the best.

What are your favorite things you discovered this month?  COMMENT below and let me know!

Disclosure – the necklace and heels were gifted to me by BaubleBar and Sole Society, respectively.  I only accept items from brands I love and would never feature an item that I wouldn’t purchase for myself.  Just keepin’ it clear, dear readers.
