Something you may not know about me – I have an obsession with pigs (an upcoming home tour post will demonstrate just how much I love these animals).
And this picture both makes me smile, and describes how I feel about the week ahead.
I’m most looking forward to heading out to Colorado to spend time with family, friends – and football (my alma mater is playing CU Boulder). Â And multiple trips to my favorite Mexican restaurant, Efrain’s, in my old hometown.
The other things – meeting Carolyn for breakfast after far too long, treating one of my best friend’s to dinner for her birthday, and exercising diligently to compensate for an indulgent dining weekend (the burger at The Spotted Pig and multiple meat donuts at Eater Eve).
