One year ago today, we:
Got up at the crack of dawn
Ate nothing, drank copious amounts of tea and water
Followed the orders of our mothers and the priest
Walked around a fire
Took seven steps as husband and wife
Received a TON of blessing from our families and friends
Finally ate (and got into our first marital spat)
Danced to Journey’s “Faithfully”
Drank champagne (and those “shots”)
Fed each other cake
Started our lives together
Happy 1st anniversary, babe. Â Here’s to countless more.
