This Week

This Week

This week, man.

Don’t get me wrong – it’s been great. But the whole ‘is it Friday yet?’ struggle has never been more real. EVER.

Things are really amazing on the work front. I did my first LIVE on-air segment on Fox 29 Philadelphia (watch it here!). On Bridge2Act, we’re nearing completion of the platform and opened up applications to our charity database.

Shit. Is. Getting. Real.

Rho is also so close to rolling over, which is both wonderful and terrifying.

Other than that, it’s more of the same – weekdays filled with meetings and writing, friends coming over to meet Rho on the weekends, and attempting to maintain my sanity. Emphasis on the attempt.

Anyway. On to the links! Which are more random than usual…

  • I’m going to have to give Meg’s project organization strategy a try.
  • Skip Primates of Park Avenue and get yourself hooked on Jill Kargman’s books and new show, Odd Mom Out, instead. First up – this fun article (h/t Victoria and Belle for sharing it first).
  • You don’t need to be an Eagles diehard fan to enjoy this in-depth feature on their new quarterback, Sam Bradford. I enjoyed learning more about him – his upbringing, college years, and his character. Could a Bradford jersey be my next Eagles clothing purchase?
  • Bad girl no more – what life is really like for former Laguna Beach/The Hills star Kristin Cavallari. I was always #teamkristin – comment below and let me know which LB camp you fell in.
  • Still recovering from the Game of Thrones finale? Here’s what to look forward to next season, and a fan theory I sincerely hope comes true.
  • I’ve been a loyal customer of Munchery since it launched in New York. This analysis of the business model (by their investor, no less) was a fascinating read, for entrepreneurs and fans of the business alike.

Hope you’re having a great week!
