The Best BBQ Sandwiches

This sandwich. I would eat it every day if I could (and I did, for three days). I would marry it if I could.

It’s that good.

And it’s ridiculously simple.  All you need is chicken, barbecue sauce (I used Bone Suckin’ Sauce), broth or beer, spices, and buns (we used whole wheat ones).  And 8 hours (though I cooked them on high in four hours, and it was still perfect).  Recipe here – go make it for yourself, and report back.  I’ll be entrusting my husband to have this ready for me when I come back from Germany on Sunday.
