Though I work from home, I’ve started to dress professionally for the day. I’ve noticed an uptick in my productivity, and am ready to go for evening activities. I donned my at-home version of a suit on the day my husband and I had planned to visit the newly-opened 9/11 Memorial. The bright Tibi blouse nicely contrasts with the dark blazer and skirt, and the Tory Burch flats were a godsend as I ran to the subway to head downtown, and again to make it home in time for homemade BBQ chicken sandwiches and the Phillies-Cardinals final game (a sad ending to an amazing Phils season, but I’m hopeful for next year).
