My work wardrobe is full of classics (read: black). Â While I love wearing prints and bright colors the rest of the time, the collection of black jersey dresses I’ve amassed is either impressive or pathetic. Â I scored this dress on eBay’s Fashion Vault at a deep discount, and fell in love with the bright hue and the Queen of Hearts-esque neckline. Â Taking a cue from Blake Lively’s book, I kept the rest of the look simple – hair scraped into a ponytail and simple black accessories. Â Wearing this bright hue gave me the extra boost of confidence during my presentation today – a trick I plan to use again and highly recommend to you all.
