When I like something, I tend to get head-over-heels obsessed with it.
I’ve always been skeptical of wear-it-many-ways items of clothing. Â Mostly because I’m too sartorially challenged to figure out how to wear it, beyond one or two ways.
Kristi and her encircled Chrysalis cardi changed all that.
The cardigan itself is made of a satisfyingly soft, thick modal that’s also eco-friendly (the material is sustainably sourced Beechwood cellulose).  Each cardi comes with a lookbook featuring step-by-step instructions on how to wear the cardi as a dress, a cape, a blouse.  The lookbook is also available online – I screenshot each look and saved it to my iPhone so I’d have a handy styling guide.
The Chrysalis cardi was the style MVP of my Scandinavia trip. Â I wore it as a cape or scarf on chilly days, a dress on a warm day, and as a blouse on a mild afternoon touring cathedrals in Saint Petersburg.
