Fitness On The Go – Sneakerless Workouts

Though I’m regarded as a packing expert, I’m also guilty of forgetting items when I travel.

One common culprit – sneakers.  I’ve finally bit the bullet and invested in travel workout shoes, after I forgot to pack them on my previous India trip.

The trip where I ate my weight in mirchi bhajees.  Sneakers, for some treadmill runs, would have come in handy.

Instead of admitting defeat and reaching for more fried food, I stalked my Pinterest Fitness board and put together a week’s worth of sweat-dripping, ass-kicking workouts.  And because I’m not one to hoard my secrets, I’m sharing them with you here.  Below are the links to the workouts:

    I actually bought those sneakers as well, they weigh NOTHING. Love them! I usually use pinterest for inspiration on workouts I can do anywhere. If I’m in a “pretty” place, I’ll go for a run.

      Hey Di!

      Pinterest is where I found all those workouts! Such a great resource. I always mean to go for runs when traveling, but somehow it doesn’t happen – will try and change that, though.

      I’m not attending IFB this year, but I will be around! Would love to catch up with you and Cat.
